Position: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Evidence Management Software Trainer to educate and support law enforcement agencies, legal professionals, and government organizations in the effective use of our evidence management software. This role requires extensive travel to client locations across the country to conduct in-person training, implementation support, and troubleshooting sessions. This is a remote position, but you may be required to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on, interactive training sessions to users of our evidence management software, both in-person and virtually.
  • Travel to client locations nationwide (up to 50% travel) for on-site training and implementation support.
  • Develop and update training materials, user guides, and online learning resources.
  • Provide technical assistance and best practices for managing digital and physical evidence.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and product teams to ensure user feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software-related issues and escalating technical concerns as needed.
  • Maintain detailed training records and provide reports on training effectiveness.

Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in software training, technical support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with evidence management processes, law enforcement operations, or legal technology is a plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working independently in diverse environments.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
