Position: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Evidence Management Software Integration Coordinator / Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment and integration of our evidence management software for law enforcement agencies, legal organizations, and government entities. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, data migration, and system optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with software developers, IT teams, and stakeholders to customize integrations based on client needs.
- Develop project plans, SOWs, set timelines, and track progress using project management tools.
- Facilitate data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Coordinate training sessions and onboarding for end-users post-integration.
- Document project requirements, decisions, and best practices for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to evidence management.
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or IT integration.
- Experience working with evidence management systems, law enforcement software, or legal technology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data migration, and system configurations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications preferred but not required.
